Our fixed service and diagnosis fee for built-in microwaves is £65. This covers full inspection, testing, and fault diagnosis. If no replacement part is needed, we fix it for £65. If a part is required, we'll quote you the cost of the part on top — so it's £65 plus the part. No hidden charges.

How does the drop-off service work for microwaves?

You'll need to remove the built-in microwave from its housing and bring it to our store at 259 Blackburn Road, Accrington, BB5 0AL. We'll fully inspect and test the unit, then contact you with the diagnosis and any quote for parts before proceeding with the repair.

We repair all major built-in microwave brands including Bosch, Siemens, Neff, Samsung, Panasonic, LG, Hotpoint, AEG, Miele, Smeg, Beko, and many more. Whatever make or model you have, bring it in and we'll take a look.

Do I need to remove the microwave from the wall myself?

Yes, as this is an in-store drop-off service, you'll need to remove the microwave from its built-in housing before bringing it in. If you're unsure how to do this safely, give us a call on 01254 301180 and we can advise you.
